By accessing or using Dostify AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the App.

2. Description of Service

Dostify AI provides:

• AI-powered sales and marketing analytics for Shopify stores
• Integration with Meta Ads for comprehensive performance tracking
• Automated report generation and scheduling
• Multi-store management capabilities
• Insights and recommendations based on your data

3. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms
• Own or have permission to connect the Shopify stores and Meta Ads accounts you add
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration

4. Account Registration

Creating an Account

• You must create an account to use Dostify AI
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Account Security

• Choose a strong, unique password
• Do not share your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

5. Acceptable Use

You May:

• Use the App for lawful purposes related to your business
• Connect stores and ad accounts you own or manage
• Generate reports for business analysis
• Share reports within your organization

You May NOT:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
• Attempt to breach or test the security of the App
• Use the App to send spam or malicious content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Resell or redistribute the App without permission

6. Fees and Payment

Free Beta Access

• Dostify AI is currently in beta and free to use
• We may introduce paid plans in the future with advance notice
• Existing beta users may receive special pricing or grandfathered access

Future Pricing

• If we introduce paid plans, we will provide 30 days notice
• You can cancel at any time before charges begin
• All fees will be clearly displayed before you subscribe

7. Data and Privacy

Your Data

• You retain all rights to your data
• We use your data only to provide the service (see Privacy Policy)
• You grant us permission to access and analyze your store/ad data to provide insights
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties (except as required by law)

Data Security

• We implement industry-standard security measures
• We encrypt sensitive data (access tokens)
• We comply with Shopify's security requirements
• We cannot guarantee absolute security (no system is 100% secure)

8. Intellectual Property

Dostify AI and all its content (code, design, AI models) are our property. You may not use our intellectual property without permission. However, you retain all rights to your business data and reports generated for you.

9. Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it
• We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• We are not liable for service interruptions
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time

10. Termination

By You

• You may cancel your account at any time
• Email Dostifyai@gmail.com to request account deletion
• Your data will be deleted within 30 days

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Use the App for illegal activities
• Abuse or overload our systems
• Engage in fraudulent activity

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months
• We are not liable for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
